life / death

A Poem, by Bryn Jones

Don’t weep my Darlings

I live on...

Death cannot end life

Can the dark destroy the sun?

Rising each day with a big smile

I am still here!

My Darlings I never died, I’ve simply gone

Beyond your sight for a while

Death is a broken, frail, torn and tattered evening

Stripped of all that threatens life

Passing through, I am now enjoying the warm embrace

Of “love divine, all loves excelling”

Smile, sing, shout my Darlings

I’m home and will welcome you in the

Dawn of a new day…soon.
